At Automat, we build secure, long-term memory infrastructure for AI agents. We take privacy and data protection extremely seriously. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, protect, and handle your information when you engage with us as a client or visitor.
Information We Collect
Business & Contact Data: Name, email, company details, and project information you provide during discovery calls or proposals.
Client Data for Memory Systems: Documents, workflows, knowledge bases, and data you share so we can architect your agent memory layer (RAG systems, vector stores, knowledge graphs).
Usage & Technical Data: Analytics on how you interact with our site and any shared dashboards or portals.
Agent Interaction Data (if applicable): Anonymized usage patterns to improve our systems (never used to train public models).
How We Use Your Information We use your data exclusively to:
Deliver custom memory infrastructure and AI agent systems
Provide ongoing optimization and support
Communicate about your project and service
Improve our internal processes (with strict anonymization)
We never use client data to train public AI models or share it for marketing purposes without explicit consent.

Trusted subprocessors (e.g., secure cloud providers) under strict data processing agreements

All subprocessors are GDPR/CCPA compliant and sign NDAs.

Data is retained only as long as necessary for the engagement + 30 days post-project (unless otherwise agreed)
